Recipients and service providers

Retention periods
- Technical logs are not copied into a database owned by the website. They remain accessible for the period set by the host’s configuration and policy.
- Vercel Web Analytics renews the hash used to distinguish visitors daily and does not track the same person across days or websites. Aggregate statistics remain available according to the Vercel account configuration and retention period.
- Email requests are kept as long as necessary to handle them, then for a maximum of three years after the last exchange when follow-up or evidence remains necessary.
- Data and documents needed for order follow-up, proof of contract and accounting or tax obligations are retained for the applicable statutory periods, which may reach ten years for accounting records.
- Lemon Squeezy applies its own retention periods to data it processes as Merchant of Record.

Vercel and Lemon Squeezy are established in the United States and may process data outside the European Economic Area. These transfers are governed by the legal mechanisms described in their respective contractual documents and privacy policies.

The website uses Vercel Web Analytics to measure visits and checkout clicks in aggregate. It does not set analytics cookies, use advertising identifiers or reconstruct an individual’s activity across days or websites.
The Lemon Squeezy checkout is a separate service that may use its own cookies and technologies under its own policy.
