These terms describe the digital product, access arrangements and licence. The transaction takes place through Lemon Squeezy, the Merchant of Record and authorised reseller.
Last updated: 7 September 2026
1. Supplier and reseller
Lemon Squeezy is the seller of record for the transaction: it collects payment, calculates and remits indirect taxes, issues the buyer’s invoice or receipt and processes payment operations under its buyer terms. Hugo Bertin does not issue customer invoices in his own name for these Lemon Squeezy orders.
Hugo Bertin creates the product, licenses its use and provides content support. These terms supplement Lemon Squeezy’s terms without limiting mandatory consumer rights.

2. Product and essential characteristics
“From Your Idea to the App Store” is the English edition of the practical guide to creating and publishing an iPhone app with AI. The pack includes a 76-page PDF guide and a 71-page practical toolkit in PDF and editable DOCX formats, with 35 tools: 13 prompts, 13 templates and 9 checklists. PDF page counts include the covers; Word pagination can vary between applications.
This is self-contained educational content. It does not include individual coaching, application development, a subscription, guaranteed access to future software or unlimited updates.
3. Compatibility and requirements
- A recent PDF reader is needed to read PDF files.
- Compatible software is needed to edit the DOCX toolkit; rendering may vary between applications.
- An internet connection and valid email address are needed to complete the order and retrieve the files.
- Hardware, accounts, subscriptions and third-party services needed to create or publish an app are not included.
4. Price
The listed price is €20 EUR, as a one-time payment with no subscription.
Lemon Squeezy calculates and displays the total price, currency and applicable taxes before confirmation. That total is the amount due. Lemon Squeezy issues the buyer’s invoice or receipt as Merchant of Record.
No cost of software, an Apple developer account, hosting, APIs, AI tools or third-party services is included unless expressly stated.
5. Orders and payment
The purchase button opens Lemon Squeezy’s secure checkout. Before paying, check the edition language, product, total price, email address, billing details and applicable terms. The order becomes final when payment is authorised and confirmed.
Payment methods, fraud checks and any strong customer authentication are determined by Lemon Squeezy and its providers. Hugo Bertin never accesses the full payment card number.
6. Digital delivery
After payment confirmation, Lemon Squeezy displays order access and sends a receipt with download links. Delivery is normally immediate, subject to payment checks and technical service availability.
If no receipt arrives, check your spam folder and the email address used, then access your Lemon Squeezy order or contact contact@hugobertin.dev with your order number. Do not send sensitive payment details.
7. Licence
Purchase grants a personal, non-exclusive, non-assignable and non-transferable licence to download, keep, print and adapt the documents for your own projects and internal needs.
You may not share files with third parties, resell, sublicense, rent, publish, distribute, add them to a content library, use them to train a model or offer them as a derivative product or service. Short quotations remain permitted within the limits of quotation rights and with attribution.
8. Right of withdrawal
For digital content supplied without a physical medium, performance may start immediately only with the consumer’s prior express consent and express acknowledgement of the loss of the right of withdrawal. Checkout must collect these before making the files immediately available.
When these conditions are validly met, the fourteen-day right of withdrawal can no longer be exercised once supply begins. Otherwise, the consumer’s statutory rights remain applicable.
This does not limit the statutory conformity guarantee or rights when content is not delivered, is defective or differs from its description.
9. Refunds
No additional commercial money-back guarantee is advertised. Lemon Squeezy handles requests under its buyer terms, without prejudice to any applicable right of withdrawal, statutory conformity guarantee or other mandatory consumer rights.
Payment-related requests are handled through Lemon Squeezy subject to its buyer terms and applicable statutory rights. Commercial policy never removes statutory guarantees or mandatory consumer rights.
10. Statutory digital conformity guarantee
Consumers benefit from the statutory conformity guarantee for digital content. For a one-off supply, the trader is responsible for defects that appear within two years of supply, under Articles L. 224-25-12 et seq. of the French Consumer Code.
In the event of a defect, the consumer may request conformity free of charge within a reasonable period. If this is impossible, refused, delayed or causes significant inconvenience, a price reduction or termination may be available under the statutory conditions.
For content or download issues, contact contact@hugobertin.dev with your order number. For payment or refund issues, you may also use the contacts on your Lemon Squeezy receipt.
11. Updates
The product is the 2026 edition identified at purchase. Corrections required to maintain conformity are supplied in accordance with statutory obligations. Additions, new editions and adaptations to future changes by Apple or third-party services are not automatically included unless stated otherwise.
12. Content limitations and liability
The guide provides a method and examples, but does not guarantee Apple approval, any level of sales, revenue, security, performance or commercial success. Apple and third-party services control their own rules, prices, interfaces and decisions.
You remain responsible for your choices, backups, testing, security, licence compliance and the legal compliance of your app. No clause limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or a consumer’s rights.
13. Complaints and disputes
Requests about content, access, conformity or editorial support should first be sent to contact@hugobertin.dev with information identifying the order and issue. A response will be provided within a reasonable period.
For purchases through its checkout, Lemon Squeezy acts as Merchant of Record and legal seller. Lemon Squeezy has confirmed in writing that it handles consumer dispute obligations associated with these sales. Payment, invoicing, tax, refund or transaction requests should be sent to Lemon Squeezy support using the details on the receipt or order page.
14. Applicable law and disputes
French law applies, subject to any more protective mandatory provisions applicable to consumers in their country of residence.
Lemon Squeezy’s buyer terms govern the transaction with the Merchant of Record. These terms govern the licence and the supplier’s commitments. Consumers retain the benefit of mandatory protection in their country of residence.
If an amicable agreement or applicable dispute resolution procedure does not resolve the matter, jurisdiction is determined by the applicable legal rules. No clause deprives a consumer of the right to bring a claim before the competent court.
